MALAM NASIR EL-RUFAI OF KADUNA STATE REVEALS THAT SOME OF THE NEWLY APPOINTED TEACHERS COULD NOT WRITE LETTERS OF ACCEPTANCE.

El-Rufai says the revelation is proof that the affected teachers were not the ones that wrote the tests themselves - The teachers were recruited following a major sack of some of their colleagues The governor of Kaduna, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has made a huge revelation concerning the newly appointed teachers in the state as he stated that many of them could not write an acceptance letter after they were approved for the job. Governor El-Rufai made the revelation in a post made on the social media account of the Kaduna state government, March 8, 2018. “Some of the new teachers we tried to recruit tried to game the system. We gave those that passed letters of appointments and a plain sheet of paper to write a simple letter of acceptance. “Some couldn’t. It was clear they didn’t write the tests themselves,” he was credited as saying. Earlier reported that Governor Nasir El-Rufai advocated for a very low minimum wage that would enable states to pay the salaries of their workers. He made the suggestion on Thursday, March 8, in Abuja at a ‘Governance Matters’ roundtable organized by Development Alternative Incorporation (DAI).
