FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS ANNOUNCED THAT SCIENCE AND MATH’S
WOULD SOON BE TAUGHT IN INDIGENOUS LANGUAGES.
This was stated during a retreat organized for researchers in Akure, capital of Ondo state -
The FG also expressed optimism in the success of the project The federal
government has said that the teaching of science subjects and mathematics in
indigenous languages in primary and secondary schools across the country would
commence soon. The director general of the National Centre for Technology
Management (NACETEM), Okechukwu Ukwuoma, stated this during a retreat organized
for researchers in Akure, capital of Ondo state.
